From Consultant to transitional CEO positions in three private psychiatric hospitals with budgets up to $12M. Built and managed organization-wide performance improvement/ compliance systems in accredited organizations. Twice Interim Human Resources Director leading to Performance Improvement/Human Resources Director with operations and retirement plan management for over 9 years. Current COO of Omni a newly accredited mental health outpatient organization Five years as Dale Carnegie course instructor. Clinical experience includes eight years direct psychiatric nursing with adults and children and position of Director of Nursing/Nurse Executive for a small psychiatric hospital.
